Registered HFM Volunteers, Event Hosts, Partners and Sponsors are invited to the annual HFM Volunteers Meet-Up on Sunday, Sept. 14, at 11:30 a.m. with an HFM Model Casting Call to follow at 1:30 p.m.
Both the Volunteers Meet-Up and the HFM Model Casting Call will take place at Ward Warehouse in the Kakaako Conference room on the second floor (mauka side, above Rix Island Wear and Novel-T World).
Note: The HFM Model Casting Call is open to males and female, 13 years and older. Females, be sure to bring a pair of heels with you and come “go-see” ready (for example: jeans, t-shirt, hair pulled back, minimal make-up).
FOR VOLUNTEERS
This will be a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the HFM 2014 Calendar of Events and sign up to volunteer to support specific events in the following areas:
Event Support; Marketing; Social Media; Styling (wardrobe, hair, make-up); Fashion Show Support; Guest Relations; Media; Modeling; Photography; Videography, and other areas as needed.

FOR HFM EVENT HOSTS, PARTNERS & SPONSORS
Share your event with volunteers and scout talent and volunteers to support your approved HFM event. Event hosts may sign up to say a few words about their event and collect interested sign-ups from HFM Volunteers. If you cannot attend but have volunteer needs, please e-mail them to Amanda (roles, number of volunteers, criteria) so we can share the opportunity and collect sign-ups for your event.
